TSC 200 with Drive Unit (2913568). The compact and robust TruTool TSC 200 is designed for fiber lasers with high laser power and correspondingly hard slag up to 25 mm. Geometry of the cleaning tool and the feed support ensure high cleaning quality and performance. In addition, the balanced weight distribution of the housing and motor ensures smooth and ergonomic operation. The cleaning time for a standard pallet of 1500 mm x 3000 mm with partial loading is approximately 15 minutes. We recommend the optional feed support if you need to clean slag thicknesses greater than 15 mm.

TruTool TSC 200 automatically adapts to different slag thicknesses of up to 25 mm and achieves optimum cleaning results at a laser power of > 6000 watts. This is independent of whether it is hard slag or mixed slag. We recommend the optional feed support if you are cleaning slag thicknesses of > 15 mm to reduce feed force to a minimum. No additional aids are required and time-consuming preparations are unnecessary. *Includes optional Drive Unit (2913568).

The openings on the underside of the slide plate provide sufficient space to remove slag and dust. This also prevents the cleaning tools from jamming during operation. In addition, the insertion chamfers prevent jamming with the slat.
