Trumpf - TruTool PN 160 Profile Nibbler with extension is well-suited to processing profile sheets up to 2.25" in depth. This tool cuts deeper corrugated & profile sheets, and C-L-U beams up to 18 gauge (1.6 mm) without distortion. There is no need for tools to change the cutting direction. Rotating punch allows change of cutting direction on the spot. Compact and light-weight design is perfect for cutouts and notches. Punch and die are easily replaceable, without the need for additional tools. Nibbler cuts best when used in conjunction with medium weight clear oil, lithium spray or wax lubricant. Users almost double the life of punch and die, compared to dry cutting. Nibbler works without feed force, distortion, emissions, or sparks. For optimum performance on curves, N 160 can be rotated in 8 steps of 45° without tools. Rotating punch reduces wear by ensuring it wears down evenly.
This compact and light-weight nibbler has a soft grip to dampen vibration, and reduce hand fatigue. PN 160 nibbler with profile extension weighs only 3.5 pounds. It is extremely efficient if you have predefined cutting lines or a template. Make tight curves with its 2.4 mm minimum radius.
