Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days with authorization by filling out all of the information on our RMA Form. Refunds are for the cost of product only. Opened items may incur a 25% restocking fee. After 30 days of receipt of purchase, the item(s) are subject to manufacturer warranty, and not eligible for refund. Any manufacturer's defects must be authorized by the manufacturer of the item(s). Customer is responsible for one-way shipping on returned items. Vale Tools will pay for standard return shipping of defective items sent back for exchange. Return refund of an item may take two to four weeks to process, depending on credit card or bank. Refunds are posted to the original order payment method. Please visit Contact Us page with any questions. Cancelled Orders Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RMA Number, and return the item(s) back. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit, and a 25% restocking fee will apply. 3-rd Day, 2-nd day and Next-Day shipping costs are not refundable, and will not be credited if delivery is missed or refused.
